How tier changes work

- 2Pricing tier is based on total field staff, including technicians and apprentices.
- 3Staff count is checked again each billing cycle.
- 4If staff increases, the tier change is shown for your confirmation before the next cycle.
- 5Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. The Stripe transaction fee of 1.7% + $0.30 is passed through per transaction with no markup from us.
